This project is composed of many parts: planning which pieces will be available, planning how those </ins>pieces <ins style="font-weight: bold; text-decoration: none;">can be combined and allow the engine to list the rules for fitting (possible and not possible placements), allow admins to define areas where new buildings can be placed, define a strategy for collapsing vertexes of the 3d objects when assembled to reduce rendering times, allow definition of costs and time of building.</ins></div></td></tr>
