Rabartus is a muscular Enkidukai guard dressed in plate mail armour. Together with Jefecra Harcrit and Bevon Damerr, he is one of the Hydlaa guards responsible for security in the vicinity of the plaza, including Kada-El's Tavern and the Octarchal Residence. He knows a great deal about shield handling.
