Accentuation is the stressed vowel of a word. For example, if you say 'grandiose', the stressed vowel is the first 'a'.

In Enkien, this will generally appear on the second from last vowel. E.g. "Bufto'ngo" Would be stressed upon the 'o' after "buft"

An irregularly accented word would be "ivasane" where the very first 'a' is accented. In the vocabulary section, words like this will have an accent (as in á) over the accented vowel for easy reference.
