Kerol, could you please explain logically, why this should be as you demand.
I believe its better to maintain those sections with different topics on different "files" (well, they are really just database entries). That way you keep a certain overview when you dont melt all those different topics together. Long pages tend to be read less careful for example.
If you want to export everything to obtain a neat XML file afterwards, which can then be fed into the client releases, why dont you just use scripts that do the job for you, or maybe ingame help XML files could be split as well ..
